Q: How soon will I get my download package after purchase?
A: You will be redirected to your download link immediately after purchase. If you are not, please contact us and we will make sure you get your download ASAP.

Q: Can I print the study out for my own use?
A: Yes! You can print the study for yourself and for a full class if you would like to lead or teach the material.

Q: I lost my download files, what do I do?
A: Please contact us with your purchase email address and we'll get you another download.

Q: What if I am unhappy with my purchase after download?
A: Please contact us for a courteous and prompt refund. (We will be glad to refund if you ask. However, to date, this has never been requested due to the quality of the study material.)

Q: Can I give this study to my friends?
A: Due to copyright law, we cannot allow you to freely distribute this study. We have tried to price the study so pretty much anyone can afford it. You are allowed to make printed copies to use in a study group in which you participate.

Q: Do you have any other studies available?
A: We have more studies in the works, please check back later for availability.

Q: I saw the study on sale last week, can I still get the sale price?
A: We run sales regularly, so if the package is not currently on sale, check back soon.
